Booking Terms and Conditions

Published: May, 2025

Please read carefully before booking as this is a binding agreement.

To participate in an Orígenes Travel trip (referred to herein as a trip or tour), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All reservations are made with Orígenes Travel SL, a company based in Spain. By booking a trip with us, paying a deposit, or signing this agreement, you agree to all the terms of this agreement on behalf of yourself and all those listed on your reservation and represent that we provide the services to all travelers. The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you, the Traveler ("you" or "your") and Orígenes Travel with respect to each and every reservation, trip, or transaction made with Orígenes Travel. By signing this agreement, you also agree to our Code of Conduct, which is available at the following link. All travelers must be 18 years of age or older to travel with Orígenes Travel, unless expressly stated otherwise. When a minor under 18 is permitted to travel, they must be accompanied by an authorized adult.

I. Travel Insurance Requirements

It is mandatory for all Orígenes Travel travelers to provide proof of current travel insurance before beginning their trip. Travel insurance must cover personal injury, medical treatment, repatriation, and evacuation expenses, including helicopter rescue and international air ambulance. It is recommended that travel insurance also cover personal property and trip cancellation coverage. Trip cancellation insurance may be the only means of receiving reimbursement for flights and other non-refundable expenses in the event that an Orígenes Travel trip is canceled, postponed, interrupted, or rescheduled for any reason, whether voluntarily by you or as a result of Orígenes Travel's decision. You are responsible for understanding the details of your travel insurance policy, ensuring that your policy covers all optional and included activities listed in the trip itinerary, and ensuring that there are no exclusion clauses (e.g., flight delays due to mechanical problems) that would limit the coverage you might reasonably need. If you have current health insurance coverage, please check your insurance policy to see if it provides the coverage described above while traveling outside your country.

It is your responsibility to verify the details of your insurance policy with your insurance provider to ensure it meets Orígenes Travel requirements.

You agree to assume all medical care and transportation costs provided to you and any minors traveling with you during the trip. Please note that most travel insurance companies require the policy to be purchased within 7 days of the initial trip deposit or payment to any service provider to cover pre-existing conditions or to provide "cancel for any reason" coverage.

II Deposits, Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Reservations can be made through our online booking system or through a licensed travel agent. A non-refundable deposit of USD 500 is required to confirm your reservation, with the final non-refundable payment of the total balance due no later than 60 days prior to the trip departure date. For reservations made 60 days or prior to the trip departure date, the full trip cost is due upon confirmation and is non-refundable. Please carefully review the applicable deposit and payment schedules. Please note that a reservation is not accepted, and no contract exists between us, until we confirm your reservation in writing.

The following items are specifically excluded from travel fares and are the sole responsibility of each Traveler: Airfare; travel insurance; passport fees; visas; excess baggage fees; tips/gratuities; items of a purely personal nature, such as beverages; laundry; COVID-related expenses (whether mandatory or voluntary) such as testing, quarantine, etc.; communication (calls, faxes, emails, etc.); international airport departure tax (payable in US dollars or acceptable foreign currencies); excursions; or deviations from any travel itinerary. We will not be responsible for deposits, payments, policies, or penalties for other services not included, such as airline tickets, separate hotel reservations, or other items handled by you and not through us.

Different travelers on the same trip may have been charged different prices. Your best option if you like the price you see is to book at that time. Any reduced price or discount that may be available after you have paid your deposit will not be applied. If you wish to cancel your reservation to take advantage of a lower price, the full cancellation conditions set forth below in our cancellation policy apply.

If we do not receive payment by the due date, we will have the right, at our discretion, to treat the lost payment as a breach of contract, cancel your reservation, and impose the cancellation fees specified in this agreement. We also reserve the right to assign your spot to the next eligible traveler on the waitlist without any refund to you.

Credit/Debit Card Refund Policy

Behind every trip, a lot of work goes into ensuring our travelers have the best experience. If you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason, you agree not to file a chargeback with your credit or debit card company, either directly or through another party, including a travel agent, before you have given us the opportunity to address the matter. By signing this agreement, you agree to work with us and any travel agent acting on your behalf in good faith to resolve your dispute and acknowledge that chargebacks are not an appropriate way to circumvent our cancellation and refund policies. We will vigorously dispute any chargeback request, provide this agreement as proof that you agreed to our cancellation and refund terms, and reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to authorities. If we prevail on any chargeback you initiate, you agree to reimburse us for our attorneys' fees, time, costs, and expenses in refuting the chargeback, and pay any damages we suffer as a result of your chargeback dispute.

Cancellations on your part and unused services

Any cancellation on your part will result in the loss of your deposit and other monies you paid us for your trip, which are non-refundable. We cannot make any exceptions to this refund policy. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you have comprehensive travel insurance for each traveler in your group that includes trip cancellation/interruption coverage to help protect your financial investment in the trip. Below is more information about our cancellation policy, which we encourage you to read carefully.

If you decide to cancel your trip, the following fees will apply and will be due upon receipt of notification of your cancellation:

- 30% of the total trip value from the time of booking until 91 days prior to departure.

- From 90 days to 46 days prior to departure, a 40% of the total trip value will be withheld.

- From 45 days to 31 days prior to departure, a 50% of the total trip value will be withheld.

- From 30 days prior to departure until the day of travel, a 100% of the total trip value will be withheld.

If you do not pay the balance of your trip 60 days or more before the departure date, your reservation will be treated as canceled by you, resulting in the loss of your entire deposit and all monies collected from you.

Travel Planning Fee

All travel prices include a non-refundable trip planning fee of €500 per person. Any refund we provide to you for any reason will be less than the trip planning fee and any other non-recoverable costs, including any money we have advanced to our suppliers.

Method of payment

All payments must be made by credit card, bank deposit, or bank transfer. Prices are in euros. Credit card payments are accepted in US dollars or other currencies, and the exchange rate is updated at the time of payment.

Cancellation process

To cancel your reservation, you must send us written notice by email to info@travelorigenes.com. Cancellation fees will be applied per person according to the schedule set forth in this section, based on the date we receive your written notice, not the date you send the email.

Unused portion of trip (no refunds)

There will be no refunds for unused services, early departures, late arrivals, or days missed from your itinerary for any reason. There will be no refunds once the tour has begun. Your decision not to participate in the tour due to government warnings or advisories, fear of travel, or similar, will be considered a cancellation. Please note that if a disruption caused by COVID-19 or any other infectious disease prevents you from taking your trip, we will offer you the greatest possible flexibility to allow you to reschedule your trip for a later date, although our cancellation policy will still apply if you cancel your trip. Our level of flexibility will be affected by the policies and practices of our suppliers, which we do not control.

You will not be provided refunds for any unused portion of your tour, including, but not limited to, if you are quarantined, a government refuses exit/re-entry, or a supplier refuses services if you exhibit symptoms or test positive for an infectious disease. In addition, we will have no liability to you, will not owe you a refund, or owe you any compensation for loss, damage, or injury or anything else if you become infected with an illness, disease, or sickness during your tour, or if a third party refuses services (e.g., accommodations or transportation) if you exhibit symptoms or test positive for an infectious disease. For example, we will not be liable to you if you are infected with a virus such as coronavirus at a hotel we booked for you, if you are refused service at a hotel if you exhibit symptoms of a contagious illness such as a cough or fever, if you are unable to board a plane to your destination or return home from your destination because you exhibit symptoms of an illness, are required to quarantine, and so on.

No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a trip once the trip begins, including, but not limited to, if you abandon a trip for any reason, miss the trip departure date or an activity, or have to be removed from a trip. There are no exceptions to this cancellation and refund policy, including for reasons related to weather, civil unrest, personal, family, or medical emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation and interruption insurance.

III Changes made by you before departure of the trip

If you request to change your travel dates or modify your itinerary after we confirm your reservation but before your trip's departure date, we will consider whether we can reasonably accommodate your request without impacting your trip or the trip's financial situation. If we are able to make such changes, a change fee may apply. Our third-party providers, including hotels, often impose additional fees or penalties for changes and cancellations. Change requests must be made in writing. It is at our sole discretion to accept a change request.

If you decide not to participate in a Program, whether due to government warnings or advisories, fear of traveling, fear of getting sick, or for any other reason, it will be considered a cancellation on your part.

IV Alterations or cancellations on your part after the start of the trip

Change or Cancellation Request

Requests for changes to our itineraries must be submitted in writing and may result in significant fare increases. To change your reservation, you must send us written notice by email to info@travelorigenes.com. For any changes we accept, per-person change fees will apply in accordance with the terms set forth in these Program Terms and Conditions, based on the date we receive your written notification, not the date you send the email.

Upon receiving your change request, Orígenes Travel will forward any modifications you request after your Program has begun to our independent suppliers. You will be responsible for any cancellation charges and/or change fees that may be imposed for booking revised arrangements and for all costs associated with such arrangements. You hereby acknowledge and agree that it is at Orígenes Travel's sole discretion to accept a change request.

Unused Services

General Reasons: There will be no refund for unused services or unused portions of your trip, early departures, late arrivals, involuntary removal from the Program, or days missed from your itinerary for any reason.

Due to Illness: No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your trip if you are quarantined or if a supplier refuses services if you exhibit symptoms or test positive for an infectious disease. Furthermore, we will have no liability to you, owe you no refund, or owe you any compensation for loss, damage, injury, or anything else if you become infected with an illness, disease, or disease during the Program, or if a third party refuses services (e.g., accommodations or transportation) if you exhibit symptoms or test positive for an infectious disease.

V. Cancellations or Changes on Our Part and Flexibility

We reserve the right to cancel, alter, or modify any trip without prior notice for any reason, including, but not limited to, the safety and/or comfort of our guests and circumstances of force majeure, as defined in this agreement below. This includes the right to replace or substitute guides and accommodations on the trip itineraries, modify the order in which locations will be visited, reschedule, postpone, or delay your trip, and make other changes to the itinerary. You acknowledge that amenities, accommodations, transportation, route, schedule, and itinerary may change without prior notice due to local circumstances or events, which may include mechanical failures, flight cancellations, illness, strikes, political disputes, weather, border crossing issues, and other unforeseeable factors. If, before departure, we make a significant change due to a supplier issue (e.g., bankruptcy), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible of available alternatives.

If we must cancel a trip due to insufficient registration (our minimum passenger limit for a trip is 6) for reasons other than Force Majeure, all trip members will be notified at least 30 days before the trip's departure and will have the option of receiving a refund of any payments made to Orígenes Travel.

Any changes may require additional payment from you or result in a partial or full refund.

If Origenes Travel is forced to reschedule, substantially alter, postpone, or cancel your trip for any reason completely within its control, either before or during your trip, we will notify you as soon as possible. In these circumstances, we may offer one or more of the following options at our discretion:

i. Accept Origenes Travel's offer of a comparable replacement trip (offered at Origenes Travel's sole discretion and subject to availability);

ii. Receive a refund of all monies paid to Origenes Travel less our USD 500 trip planning fee, any unrecoverable costs, including, but not limited to, deposits we have made to our suppliers, and any other out-of-pocket costs we have incurred arranging your trip;

iii. Any other option that we, in our sole discretion, believe to be a reasonable option.

iii. Any other option that, in our sole discretion, we believe is a reasonable option.

When you accept an offer for a replacement trip:

i. If the cost is lower than the price of your original trip, you will receive a refund for the difference in cost.

ii. If the cost of the replacement trip is equivalent to or higher than your original trip, you will be responsible for the difference in price between your original trip and the replacement trip.

If we expressly cancel your trip (as opposed to altering, modifying, postponing, or rescheduling it), we may make reasonable efforts to refund any payments you have made less 1) any and all non-refundable deposits and cancellation fees we have already paid to suppliers and other third parties to provide components of your tour (in many cases, it is not possible to obtain refunds from suppliers once we have sent them deposits for your tour), and 2) USD 500 per person for Trip Planning. Largely for reasons of this nature, we strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance as explained elsewhere in this agreement. Please note that if we alter, modify, postpone, or reschedule your tour or offer you a travel credit, such action does not constitute a "cancellation" of your tour on our part.

VI Denial of Participation

Orígenes Travel reserves the right to deny participation in the trip to any Traveler who, in its sole discretion, Orígenes Travel deems unable to meet the rigors and requirements of the trip activities, violates these terms, including our Code of Conduct, or whose actions or behavior are deemed inappropriate for group travel. During the trip, Orígenes Travel has the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any individual it determines detracts from the enjoyment of the trip by others. The decision of the guide, host, or local supplier is final in all matters that may threaten the safety or interfere with the well-being of others. Any costs resulting from the removal of a trip or the denial of participation in a trip are at your expense.

VII Force Majeure

Orígenes Travel shall not be deemed to have breached this agreement nor liable to you for any delay in performance or failure to perform any of its obligations under this agreement to the extent that such delay or failure is due to any Force Majeure. "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, terrorist activity, explosion, flood, tempest, strong wind, typhoon, fire or accident, war or threat of war, declared or undeclared, sabotage, civil unrest, labor strikes, disease, quarantine, pandemic, epidemic, and known, unknown, or novel viruses, such as coronavirus/Covid-19 (including any spread thereof), foodborne, airborne, and communicable diseases and illnesses, government intervention of any kind affecting domestic and/or international travel, government restrictions or warnings, warnings from diplomatic or health organizations (e.g., the World Health Organization), border closures, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances.

In the rare event that Force Majeure prevents, significantly hinders, or makes it impossible for us or our suppliers to provide the Services, including, but not limited to, your tour, we and/or our suppliers shall be entitled, in our sole and absolute discretion, to take one or more of the following steps: cancel, alter, modify, postpone, or reschedule any itinerary or tour arrangements, including tour dates and the entire tour itself. You understand and agree that we will not be able to pay you any compensation, costs, or expenses you incur as a result of Force Majeure. We regret that no refunds will be provided if we take any of the above actions due to Force Majeure, unless and to the extent we are able to obtain refunds from our suppliers. Any refunds under this section will be less than our non-refundable trip planning fee of USD 500 per person ("Trip Planning Fee"). Our administrative fees for planning your trip are non-refundable due to the work involved in planning, booking, and managing your trip itinerary from the moment you book your trip.

This "trip planning fee" is a cost we cannot recover, again due to the time and materials already invested in the trip. Please note that we are not obligated to seek refunds from suppliers, and in many cases, it is not possible to obtain refunds from suppliers once we have sent them deposits for your tour. Any refund under this section will be less the USD 500 trip planning fee you paid, and any and all non-refundable deposits and cancellation fees we have paid to suppliers and other third parties to provide components of your trip. This policy is based on the fact that suppliers, who are typically located outside of Europe, are not required to return non-refundable deposits or waive their cancellation fees in the event of force majeure. For reasons of this nature, we strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance. If you choose to cancel your tour if we invoke force majeure, our standard cancellation penalties will apply (see the section above titled "Cancellation by You and Unused Services"), unless we expressly state otherwise.

If Origenes Travel is affected by Force Majeure, if feasible, it will notify you of the nature and scope of the force majeure.

Optional Activities

During any Orígenes Travel trip, there may be opportunities to participate in local activities or events, which are not included in the Orígenes Travel travel package. Orígenes Travel is not responsible for the safety or quality of these activities and events, or the standards of the independent operator that operates them. Activities may include, but are not limited to, vehicle, boat, or airplane travel, guided hikes or trips, surfing, fishing, hiking, swimming, and ziplining. Events may include, but are not limited to, local festivals, concerts, and organized events. You understand and agree that any assistance provided by the trip leader or Orígenes Travel staff in helping to arrange these optional activities is done in good faith and without representations or warranties of any kind. Orígenes Travel does not sponsor or endorse these activities or events, nor can Orígenes Travel be held responsible for any injury or illness resulting from your participation. If you choose to participate in these events, you do so voluntarily and must take precautions to ensure your own safety. Payment will be made directly to the provider or independent operators of such activities, events, or services.

Discounts and Promotions

All discounts and reduced prices are offered or applied at the sole discretion of Orígenes Travel. On occasion, Orígenes Travel may offer reduced prices on selected trips. The reduced price applies strictly to new bookings only. Bookings for which the traveler has already paid a deposit are fixed at their original price and are not entitled to the reduced price.

Pre-Departure Documentation

It is important that you carefully read all travel-related documents you receive from us as soon as you receive them. It is your responsibility to contact us if any information is incorrect. We are not responsible for any errors in the documentation if you do not notify us of any inaccuracies within 15 days of receiving them. This agreement, our liability waiver, and, if required, a medical certificate or statement must be signed and presented by you in order to travel with us. If we do not receive these signed documents from you prior to departure, we reserve the right to treat your reservation as canceled by you and impose the cancellation fees described in this agreement.

Passports and Visas

You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents are valid and effective and are in your possession throughout your trip. Valid passports are required for travel to most destinations. Please check with the appropriate consulate or embassy for the latest entry requirements. You assume full and complete responsibility and hereby release Orígenes Travel from any obligation to check and verify any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements for each destination, as well as all security conditions at such destinations. Any information provided to you is simply a courtesy, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you have met all travel requirements for each destination on your itinerary.

Health and Medicine

You declare that neither you nor the child (if applicable) have any physical or mental condition that could pose a danger to you or other travelers or affect other people's enjoyment of the trip. If you have a physical condition, dietary restrictions, or other (pre-existing) medical condition that will require special attention during the trip, you must inform us in writing at the time of booking. We may request a medical certificate stating that you are medically cleared for the destination(s) and/or that you are able to participate in all aspects of your travel itinerary.

Orígenes Travel strongly recommends that you consult with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, or a similar entity in your country, for up-to-date, destination-specific information related to food and water safety, infectious diseases, and other concerns. At your own expense, you will meet with your physician at least 8 weeks prior to your trip's departure and obtain any and all vaccinations or prescription medications as directed by your physician for the areas visited, and provide written documentation of them upon request and as required for travel documentation.

Orígenes Travel does not tolerate drug use of any kind during our trips and strongly encourages responsible alcohol consumption. This policy is in place for your safety and the safety of those traveling with you. Orígenes Travel reserves the right, at its sole expense, to deny participation in an activity or the remainder of any travel itinerary if you illegally use drugs, alcohol, or other prohibited substances during a trip. We want you to have fun and encourage you to take advantage of the local culture, but Origenes Travel emphasizes safety as a top priority.

Luggage

You are allowed to bring one piece of luggage weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and one additional medium/small day pack on your trip. If you need to bring additional luggage, you are responsible for requesting approval from Orígenes Travel before your trip begins. Unless you receive written approval, your request to bring additional luggage will be denied. Orígenes Travel is not responsible, and you are solely responsible for securing or protecting your luggage or belongings at all times during any trip.

Posting Photographs and Images

You acknowledge that the designated media creator(s) on your trip, if any, ("Media Creator") will own the rights to the images, photos, videos, and any other copyrighted content they take or create during your trip ("Images"). You hereby agree to use such images for personal use only and will credit the media creator by including your name and a notation that the content is your copyrighted content.

You also acknowledge and agree that Orígenes Travel, your trip host, media creator(s), third-party vendors, and other travelers may take or create images, photos, sound recordings, and videos in any format that may be presented to you or that may contain your name, identity, photographic likeness, videographic likeness, or oral or recorded statements (collectively, "Travel Images of You").

You hereby grant Orígenes Travel, including the media creator and others as Orígenes Travel may authorize (including, without limitation, Orígenes Travel’s third-party licensees, partners, or suppliers), a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reuse, distribute, display, create derivative works from, and reproduce the Travel Images of you, as well as any images, photos, or videos you provide to us (whether directly or through a photo sharing service) (collectively, “Your Images”) in any media or format now existing or developed in the future (including, without limitation, print, digital, and electronic media), for any purpose at any time, including to promote and advertise Orígenes Travel’s travel products and services worldwide.

Complaints and Claims

If you have any problems or questions during your trip, please notify us or your host or guide immediately so we can try to resolve them.

After your trip, if you wish to make a claim, file a complaint, or request a refund for any reason, you must do so by email within 30 days of the trip's completion. Any and all supporting documentation for the claim or complaint must accompany the email. Any claims or complaints received by Orígenes Travel after this deadline will not be accepted or reviewed. Please email us at info@travelorigenes.com.

Limits of Liability

At no time and under no circumstances is Orígenes Travel responsible for payments or costs related to external services such as flights, accommodations, services, car rentals, or any other part of the trip that has been booked and paid for externally by Orígenes Travel.

Orígenes Travel is not obligated to alter any trip itinerary or suspend the start of a trip for any reason that prevents you from joining a trip as planned.

Travel Warnings and Advisories

You should conduct your own research and inform yourself about the destinations on your travel itinerary, including being aware of travel advisories and warnings issued by your country's government authorities. In the U.S., you should consult the U.S. Department of State website at www.travel.state.gov or contact them by phone at the number listed on their website. You are responsible for protecting your own well-being and personal property before, during, and after your trip with Orígenes Travel. This includes ensuring that any and all vaccinations or prescription medications are taken as directed by your local physician and/or travel clinic for the areas you will be visiting.

Personal Responsibility

You are responsible for purchasing the style of travel that suits your desired comfort level and for participating in activities that are appropriate for your fitness level and abilities. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that Orígenes Travel trips are adventurous in nature and may involve a significant amount of personal risk.

Seat Belt Policy

To ensure the safety of our travelers, local hosts, and guides, Orígenes Travel recommends that everyone remain seated and wear their seat belts at all times while traveling in any moving vehicle. This recommendation is not only for your safety but also for the safety of everyone else in the vehicle. Please note that some vehicles internationally may not be equipped with these restraint systems as accepted by local laws. Orígenes Travel and our transportation providers remain focused on protecting your safety, but cannot be expected to constantly check to ensure everyone is buckled up before moving a vehicle. Therefore, it is your responsibility to remain seated and wear your seat belt properly at all times while the vehicle is in motion.

Cultural Differences and Drug Policy

It is recognized and understood that traveling to international destinations will expose travelers to unique situations and experiences that are different from those you experience in your home country. These differences enhance the experience and adventure of your trip and typically involve cultural and social aspects of the region, such as sanitation, food, drink, clothing, and local laws. Origenes Travel and your guide or host will discuss these differences during your trip, but you also have the responsibility to conduct your own research and act responsibly while traveling. Origenes Travel does not tolerate drug use of any kind during our trips and strongly encourages responsible alcohol consumption. This policy is in place for your safety and the safety of those traveling with you. We want you to have fun and encourage you to take advantage of the local culture, but Origenes Travel emphasizes safety as a top priority.

UPDATE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We may occasionally modify these Terms and reserve the right to update or modify them at any time. Any modification will become effective seven days after posting on our website, immediately upon written notification to you by email. You are deemed to have accepted any amendment to these Terms on the date seven days after posting on our website or immediately upon written notification to you by email or postal mail. We recommend that you review these Terms before traveling to familiarize yourself with the most up-to-date version available.

Merger

This agreement is the final, complete, and exclusive statement of the parties' agreement on the matters contained in this agreement. It supersedes all prior negotiations and agreements.

Traveler Values

We have a very defined customer profile, and to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchase and that the group travel experience is incredible, we have developed a list of values for our travelers.

Please read the following details to ensure you fit the description and understand that this is a boutique trip, but not a luxury one. We believe respect and a positive attitude are key on trips like these, where we authentically explore destinations very different from our own:

  • I travel with a willingness to understand and immerse myself in cultures and realities different from my own, always with respect and curiosity.

  • I have carefully read the itinerary, resolved my concerns regarding accommodations and experiences, and am fully committed to the way the trip will unfold.

  • Visiting a completely different culture confronts us with new situations. Being respectful and patient is part of the journey and essential for immersing myself in a new reality. I understand that people may express themselves differently, that there will be new flavors, and I am willing to put forth the goodwill to enjoy it.

  • On any trip, there may be unforeseen events and last-minute changes, both in the itinerary and regarding accommodations and activities. I am aware that this can happen, and the Origenes team will do everything possible to address them as best as possible, and will communicate changes in advance whenever possible.

  • Any problem or situation that arises during the trip, I will inform my Origenes tour leader so that they have the opportunity to resolve it. I know that during a trip, there are many factors involved, and inconveniences beyond the company's control may arise. I can count on Origenes to always be willing to resolve any issues in the best possible way.

  • A big part of traveling is meeting new and diverse people, with whom I will spend most of my time. Tolerance and respect are essential. I travel with a willingness to talk to different people and open my mind to other realities, even if they are opposite to my own.

Thank you for taking the time to read it. By signing up for our trip, you agree that you have read this agreement and agree to it.
